How do I get a no-bounce fit for running?

Wear the pack high, then snug the sternum and waist straps; adjust shoulder straps to keep the load close. (Designed for ergonomic, stable carry while moving.)

Is it OK in heavy rain?

Fabrics are water-repellent; for heavy or sustained rain use the hi-vis rain cover (included in Business Sets, also sold separately).

How to pack work clothes crease-free?

Use the Travel Garment Box (Alpha/Athlete) with the folding card; Podium has a built-in garment sleeve.

How do I separate sweaty kit & shoes?

Use the expandable shoe compartment and the laundry bag included in sets.

Cleaning & maintenance?

Spot clean with a damp cloth + mild detergent; air dry. Avoid machine washing/drying.
