Do Stolt backpacks come with a warranty?
Absolutely. We stand behind the durability of our products with a 2-year warranty on all backpacks. This means from the date of purchase, your backpack is protected against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a full two years. If a zipper breaks, a strap tears under normal use, or any other workmanship issue arises, we will repair or replace the bag at no cost to you. Our bags are made to last, so we don’t expect problems – but the warranty is there for peace of mind. (As an active commuter, the last thing you need is gear that gives up on you.) Please note that the warranty covers factory defects or failures during normal active use; it doesn’t cover damage from accidents, improper use, or normal wear-and-tear on high-use parts beyond what’s reasonable. For instance, if you scrape your backpack along a wall and rip it, or overload it beyond its intended capacity, that’s not a manufacturing defect. But if a buckle or seam fails during routine runs or commutes, that’s on us and we’ll fix it.
