How to make a warranty claim?
Just reach out to us and we’ll take care of you. To initiate a warranty claim, send an email to info@stoltrunning.com with your order details (order number, purchase date) and a description of the issue. Photos or videos of the problem area are very helpful and can speed up the process. Our support team will evaluate the issue and guide you through the next steps. In most cases, if the issue falls under warranty, we will either: (a) arrange for a repair (we might have you send the bag in, or we’ll send you to an approved repair service), or (b) send you a brand new replacement backpack if the damage is irreparable. We aim to make it as hassle-free as possible. Repairs or replacements under warranty are provided free of charge. If your warranty period has expired (or the damage isn’t covered), don’t worry – still contact us. We can often assist with repairs at cost or suggest solutions to extend the life of your pack. Our goal is for your STOLT backpack to be “the last backpack you’ll ever need”, accompanying you on years of daily adventures. We’re here to support you throughout that journey.
