Gift cards are valid until 31st December 2025. Make sure to use them before this date, as they cannot be redeemed afterward.

- Commuter Set (Business Set): This includes a Backpack plus all the essential accessories tailored to the bag. For example, the Alpha Business Set includes a garment box, laundry bag, folding card, and hi-vis cover, making it the ideal complete set for professionals and commuters.
Yes, you can schedule the delivery of your gift card. During checkout, choose the date you’d like the gift card to be sent to the recipient’s inbox.
Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery if the recipient’s email server has strict firewall settings or other email restrictions. If in doubt, we recommend notifying the recipient to check their spam or junk folder.
Gift cards are sent directly to the recipient’s email address. You can personalise the message during checkout to make it extra special.

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. If you encounter any issues with your gift card, please contact us at info@stoltrunning.com.
