Gift cards are valid until 31st December 2025. Make sure to use them before this date, as they cannot be redeemed afterward.
Yes, you can schedule the delivery of your gift card. During checkout, choose the date you’d like the gift card to be sent to the recipient’s inbox.
Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery if the recipient’s email server has strict firewall settings or other email restrictions. If in doubt, we recommend notifying the recipient to check their spam or junk folder.
Gift cards are sent directly to the recipient’s email address. You can personalise the message during checkout to make it extra special.
Important: If the recipient does not receive the gift card, it could be due to email restrictions or firewalls. In such cases, contact us at info@stoltrunning.com for assistance.
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. If you encounter any issues with your gift card, please contact us at info@stoltrunning.com.
If you’ve misplaced your gift card code, please contact us at info@stoltrunning.com, and we’ll assist you in retrieving it.
