Pre-Orders
“Pre-Order” means the item is part of an upcoming production drop that hasn’t shipped yet. STOLT operates with limited-run drops each season (e.g. Spring, Summer, etc.), and these often sell out in advance. When you pre-order a backpack, you are reserving one from the next batch. The product page will display an estimated shipping date (for example, “Shipping by: September 30, 2025” for the Autumn drop) so you know when to expect it. You can check out normally to secure your spot – your card will typically be charged when the item is ready to dispatch. We’ll send an additional email confirmation with all the details and keep you updated on the production progress. Pre-ordering comes with perks: often there’s a special pre-order discount and the guarantee that you won’t miss out (since our drops “almost always sell out in pre-order” as noted on site). Just note that if you need to cancel or return a pre-ordered item, our standard return policy applies with some limitations (see Returns u0026 Exchanges section), and our team can assist with options like exchanges or credit.
