Mafia Moves
Founded by Andre Coggins, the crew meet twice weekly at Tottenham Hotspur stadium for coached sessions. Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 9:30am. All paces and abilities welcome.

Over five hundred strong and growing daily, the RDC is a collective of creative heads with a passion for running and the exchange of ideas. They meet to run and explore the streets of London. The crew meet weekly at 6:30pm at the Lululemon store in Spitalfields market and all paces are welcome

Looking for an inclusive female only run or Triathlon club in London, look no further than the 10IronWomen group. They are striving for a 50/50 split in ironman attendance, they exist mainly to provide a community for women to meet like-minded new friends and training buddies, people who will inspire them to believe that they can do any event they want to, no matter the distance.

Puresport Run Club
Weekly run clubs in South and East London. Tuesday morning 5km, Wednesday evening 5km and monthly track night from the London clubhouse/Battersea park. A community of runners based in South East London the group meet 3 times a week for social paced runs. Ealing Eagles
Friendly, inclusive and diverse running club based in Ealing. If you want to take part in their social Monday and Wednesday 7.30pm club runs, they do ask that you should be able to run the whole distance for the short club run (normally around 5.5k / 3.5miles) without needing to walk – but pace does not matter.
